Catalyst Watercolors

These watercolor images were transferred to repurposed wood, which entails copying the inverted image to regular paper and then a wood transfer glue adheres the paper to the wood. The paper is allowed to dry and is then gradually removed by hand after it has been well moistened with water. The image has now been transferred to wood! Finally, the image is sealed with a waterbased sealer after lightly sanding the edges of the image to blend, if desired.
